Every bit of this film is taken care by studious approach of director Akash Srivatsa. Hell bent to give a taut thriller to remain in the arch light has worked out well. Sherlock Holes style of narration, diligence of all the departments makes this film a best film in your list of entertainment. Like how Ramesh Aravind character says ‘Great Team’ work at the climax stage – the film is no doubt a great team effort.

Akash Srivatsa had a bad swing in ‘Badmaash’, his ‘Sulle Sathya’ short film was interesting. Now a feature film 101^st film of gentleman of Kannada cinema Ramesh Aravind is an easy watch with the family. It is a wholesome entertainer.

Akash Srivatsa and team has prepared well for the box office battle. He is so cautious and circumspect in his approach. A delectable thriller especially in the second half gives this director a comfortable positioning.

The film carried on the shoulders by Ramesh Aravind. He is so classy in all his variations of emotions. Well portrayed role of Ramesh Aravind was not seen so far. His fierce dialogue, comedy punch, calculative approach, emotions dropping out – oh there is very placement for this gem of an actor in this film.

The film ‘Shivaji Surathkal’ Ranagiri Rahasya is laced with interesting screenplay in the second half that itself is a ‘Paisa Vasool’.

Shivaji Surathkal has two motives – to trace the murder of his wife a seventh month pregnant Janani. Another task adds to him at Madikeri the most haunting place for him. This time it is the murder of a minister son Bunty.

Shivaji Surathkal effortlessly solves both the issues. He gives the minister and his department from the same coin he received pain. Interesting is the 11 persons at the guest house of Preetham in Madikeri connecting to the murder of a minister son. Let us not tell much about it. You better go and watch this film in the theatres with your family.

Radhika Naarayan serene looks and performance, Arohi Narayan fitting performance, Raghu Ramanakoppa able assistance, Avinash, Rohith Bhanu Prakash, Vinay Gowda, Ramesh Pandit, PD Satish, Namratha, Amita Ranganath are so apt for their roles. All of them have delivered with prowess.

The music is well fed with meaningful lines and sung touchingly. Cinematography of Guruprasad is on top in every frame. The film is also not lengthy but the best part is the second half.
